o    By purchasing or attending any course, retreat, or program offered by 16821456 CANADA INC., you agree to these terms.
o    If you are under the age of 18, you must inform your parents or legal guardian about our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before registering to use this website or purchasing any of our services. You also confirm that you have obtained their consent to purchase the products offered for sale on the website and to access the content provided on it.

•    Intellectual Property Rights:
o    All course materials, videos, and digital content are the exclusive property of 16821456 CANADA INC.
o    You may not download, share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission signed by 16821456 CANADA INC. or Siba Yaghi.
o    If 16821456 CANADA INC. or Siba Yaghi finds out that videos, courses, sessions or materials were recorded, downloaded, and sold without written consent, the violating party is obligated to pay a fine of 100,000 $ USD and 16821456 CANADA INC. has the right to take legal action in any country ion the world including the Middle East and Canada.
o    Any unauthorized distribution will result in legal action.

•    Course, Sessions, & Retreat Participation:
o    Our sessions, courses, and retreats are designed for personal transformation and self-development.
o    Siba Yaghi is NOT a doctor, psychologist, or licensed therapist.
o    Our services should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

•    Refund & Cancellation Policy:
o    No refunds will be issued unless in exceptional circumstances approved by the 16821456 CANADA INC. team or by Siba Yaghi.
o    Refund requests may be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.
o    The company reserves the right to reject refund requests at its discretion.
o    Participants who violate our guidelines may be removed from the program without a refund.

•    User Conduct & Legal Protection:
o    Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow attendees.
o    Any harassment, stalking, or defamation towards 16821456 CANADA INC., Siba Yaghi, or team members will result in immediate legal actions. 
o    You waive any right to file legal claims against 16821456 CANADA INC., Siba Yaghi, or the representatives of 16821456 CANADA INC. for dissatisfaction with the training content.

•    Liability Waiver for Events, Retreats, Courses & Sessions:
o    16821456 CANADA INC. and Siba Yaghi take no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, risks, deaths, or harm that may occur during retreats or any live events.
o    Participants assume all risks associated with attending in-person events.

•    Consent Use of Photos & Videos:
o    By attending any live events or retreats or courses or sessions, participants consent to being recorded and 16821456 CANADA INC. has full rights to use these recordings for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.
o    Participants do not have the right to request removal of their photos or videos from published content.

•    No medical advice
o    The courses, sessions, retreats and services offred by 16821456 CANADA INC. or by Siba Yaghi are not medical treatments.
o    Siba Yaghi does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
o    All content is based on personal experience and knowledge.

•    Personal Responsibility:
o    You assume full responsibility for your actions, experiences, and results from applying course materials.
o    The company is not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes of participation.

•    Confidentiality & Non-Sharing
o    Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all group discussions and private sessions discussions.
o    Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

•    Legal Recourse:
o    Violation of these terms, including unauthorized content or harassment, may result in legal action.
o    16821456 CANADA INC. reserves the right to take legal action in any country in the world including Canada and the Middle East if any participant is found selling or misusing content.
o    The violating party is obligated to pay a fine of 100,000$ USD, which  they accept upon agreeing to these terms.
o    The company reserves the right to pursue damages and take necessary legal steps against violators.

3.    Acknowledgment & Agreement:
o    By purchasing a course, attending a session or retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
o    16821456 CANADA INC. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
